Flatbasset Radio's 25 Most Played Albums: March '18

Rabbit Rabbit everybody! Another month is in the books, which means it's time for a hit of instant nostalgia. Here's a look at Flatbasset Radio's 25 Most Played Albums Of March 2018.

You know what they about March, right? In like a lion, out like another damn snowstorm! Not cool, March, not cool. Sorry I was only able to get one episode of the show posted this month. I was working like a dog and just couldn't find the time. Believe me, if the only person more annoyed by my inconsistency than you is me. I love doing the show, but I had almost no time to myself this month. Work on work on work.

I did, however, have plenty of time to listen to music as I rode the lightrail from job to job, day after day, week after week. I suppose every snow-bearing cloud has its silver lining.

Flatbasset Radio: Episode #94

Let me rant & let me ramble...

Well hello everybody! Welcome to Flatbasset Radio: Episode #94!

April has nearly passed, so I figured I should get my lazy ass back to work. This week's episode features the... not "triumphant"... adequate return of my hosting duties. That's right, I'm back on the mic. That's not the only reason to tune into this week's show. Hell, I'm just hoping that's not an actual deterrent from you checking out the show. This week's show if full of some excellent jams.

I've got some new local jams, some old local jams, some "in memoriam's," old stuff from great bands, old stuff from not so great bands, lost gems, the Cover Of The Week, and, as always, the Flatbasset Flatclassic. I also discuss overheating in the studio,  the reason I got back behind the microphone, Ben Folds' obituary, the time Kings Of Leon went for it and failed, spacing your coffee out so you peak at the right time (I did not to do this well), the moment Bad Religion started pulling apart their sound, the new direction of Lunch Duchess, the unrelenting consistency of Poliça, & respecting Jay Bennett on his own terms. It's really quite the show.
